ABOUT THIS PROJECT 


This project is part of a series within the timesheet approval process. Its focus is to address and correct missed punches, which are inaccuracies in recorded work hours. The project provides a detailed walk-through of the process and a simulation for the learner to practice the necessary tasks.


Problem:   Office managers are responsible for approving the timesheets of hourly employees. While office managers have a job aid to help them correct and approve timesheets, the HR department requires more extensive training to practice tasks that apply to their roles.


 

Solution:  A simulation of the actual task was created in the storyline, along with scenarios that match the most common missed punch errors from hourly employees.


 Audience:   New hire office managers and office managers that had multiple errors sent to payroll

 

Tools:  Articulate Storyline, Canva, PowerPoint, Clipchamp
