Executive Summary: This project was aimed at introducing the staff to the Learning Center, which is the company's LMS and contains courses for compliance, courses on the requirements of their role, and the Learning Center's open courses. Furthermore, it was effectively promoted via the company's internal social network to ensure maximum visibility and participation.
Challenge: The course focused more on providing information rather than teaching tasks. It was challenging to keep it engaging and provide a compelling reason for learners to visit the Learn Center. It's concise, straightforward, and well-organized to ensure a quick learning experience for the participants.
Solution: The course maintained uniformity by using premade images and a consistent style. The audio was included to reduce the cognitive load of reading and help create a sense of progression. The assessment was designed to simplify and improve understanding of the information provided
Results: After the video campaign was launched on the company's internal social media, the course was accessed and feedback collected by the LMS showed that it was well received. The goal was to encourage employees to take a look at the open courses. According to the LMS, after the campaign and the initial course, there was a 2% increase in participation in open courses.
