ABOUT THIS PROJECT
This product is designed to be driven by the learner. The learner is trained through hands-on tasks and auto-populated scenarios, enabling them to complete the tasks without memorizing any situations. The learner is notified if they reject a qualified application.
Problem: The hiring window for education positions is limited. For this reason, temporary employees are brought on to assist with reviewing applications. It is necessary to review as many applications as possible. However, many qualified applicants are rejected due to a lack of understanding of job requirements reflected in the applications.
Solution: A simulation of the tasks was created in the storyline. Using an auto-populated scenario, the employee must submit the required number of applications. Any qualified applications that are rejected are subtracted from the count.
Audience: Temporay employees hired during the education window.
